The hotel location gave very easy access to the town center. It was a short walk. The buffet breakfast featured a great selection. The staff were friendly. They offered helpful service.
The internal lift caused some problems. Only one was working.

excellent stay, minor hiccup
accommodating staff wide selection fresh fruit ample space
I found the hotel staff very accommodating. they quickly resolved a minor issue with my room. the breakfast buffet included a wide selection of hot and cold items. I especially liked the fresh fruit options. the multiple pools provided ample space for swimming and relaxation. I appreciated that they were well-kept.
the elevator wait times were occasionally long, especially during peak hours, though this was a very minor inconvenience.

the hotel featured three outdoor pools and one indoor pool. a fitness center offered treadmills, elliptical machines, and free weights. there was also a spa with massage services and a sauna.

the hotel is located a short walk from several restaurants. a bus stop nearby provides easy access to the city center. the oceanfront location allowed for direct beach access.

my suite included a separate living area and a balcony. it had a king-size bed and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. the room also featured a mini-fridge and a coffee maker.

amazing royal savoy stay!
attentive staff clean room welcome fruit
i found the staff helpful and attentive . the room was very clean, and the maid service was perfect, including chocolates on the pillow and fresh water every evening. i also appreciated the welcome fruit, madeira wine, and a beautiful chocolate easter egg upon arrival!!!
during my stay, the lack of grenadine and other basic ingredients prevented some cocktails from being made. i wanted a tequila sunrise, singapore sling, and pornstar martini, but they were unavailable.

I had breakfast included, and the selection was delicious. I had lunch a couple of times at the pool bar, where i found the fish soup amazing!!! there were many options available to choose from.

Our garden room was perfect. It included a terrace with direct access to the pool and sea. the room was spacious and luxuriously appointed. i found the bed comfortable and enjoyed the ample storage space.

The hotel's location is excellent for exploring the city. It has fine sea views from the rooms and garden. i appreciated the easy access to the sea via steps, and the immaculate gardens.
